At our sites in Hamburg and Sauerlach near Munich, we run three courses providing customers such as hoteliers, restaurant owners and bakery and patisserie owners with basic knowledge on the subjects of coffee, tea and cocoa – and at a reasonable price. The aim is to expand the skills of our customers in hot beverage sales. Those who have taken part in a training course at the J.J.Darboven Academy can answer any questions their guests might ask. As a participant you will discover, for example, what professional baristas have to say about bean quality and roast, what coffee trends you can expect in the near future and how to serve J.J.Darboven specialities perfectly. And as there is increasing demand for information relating to tea, our tea experts from the EILLES TEE team will also be happy to introduce you to the diverse world of tea.
